1. your site must not have anything or be illigal/pornographic/inappropriate or offensive
2. you must know ftp!
3. you must have a decent looking myspace
4. you most definately have to have skill in graphic designing
5. you must be of age 14 or higher
6. i will not accept any photofiltre users, or people new to photoshop
7. i also will not accept any new sites, you must have had your site for at least 4 months
8. friend count does not matter as long as you are skilled/talented
9. updating must occur at least 2 times a month
10. you must be patient
11. if you wish not to be hosted any longer you must notify me
12. you must link back to my site at all times
